We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Studio Manager to lead our Shoreline team. This is a key leadership role responsible for cultivating a positive studio culture, supporting a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional client experience, and growing the business.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and motivate a team of Studio Coordinators and Cerologists®
  • Host daily team huddles and regular 1:1s to set goals, provide coaching, and celebrate wins
  • Create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and accountability
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
Client Experience
  • Ensure a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for every guest
  • Monitor and enhance client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Champion our Club Orange Loyalty Program and other promotions
Operations & Business Management
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the studio is clean, safe, and fully stocked
  • Monitor and manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply orders
  • Partner with ownership on key areas such as hiring, HR compliance, and P&L performance
  • Maintain compliance with state board regulations and licensing
Marketing & Community Engagement
  • Drive local marketing efforts to build awareness and generate new clients
  • Manage social media presence and studio-level PR activities
  • Represent Waxing the City in the community and build local partnerships

What You Bring

Required:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or operations experience, 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
  • Experience in salon/spa, beauty, or fitness industry
  • Background in business management or HR
  • Familiarity with scheduling, payroll, and CRM systems

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
